March in Puerto Vallarta is pure magic—warm breezes, turquoise waters, and a rhythm that makes you slow down and savor life. For our getaway, we stayed steps from Gemelas Beach, a hidden gem where the waves whisper and sunsets paint the sky in fiery hues. Waking up to that view felt like living inside a postcard.

Exploring the Heart of the City

Just a short drive away, the vibrant streets of Puerto Vallarta welcomed us with colorful murals, bustling markets, and the iconic Malecón boardwalk. Street performers, art installations, and ocean views made every stroll unforgettable. We lingered over fresh fruit from local vendors and soaked in the city’s lively energy.

Day Trips & Natural Wonders

Our adventure didn’t stop there. We headed south to Mismaloya, a charming coastal village with cinematic history and stunning scenery. From there, we toured Los Arcos, the dramatic granite islands rising from the bay—perfect for snorkeling and photography. Another highlight? The Vallarta Botanical Gardens, where lush trails and exotic blooms offered a serene escape from the beach buzz.

A Feast for the Senses

Puerto Vallarta is a foodie’s paradise. We indulged in fresh-caught seafood—think ceviche bursting with citrus and spice—and authentic Mexican fare like mole and handmade tortillas. Every meal felt like a celebration of flavor and culture.

Why We’ll Be Back

Between the tranquil mornings on Gemelas Beach, the vibrant city life, and the natural beauty of the coast, Puerto Vallarta gave us everything we love about travel: adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable tastes. If you’re planning a March escape, this slice of paradise should be at the top of your list.
